Return policy
What is our return policy?
If you are not satisfied with an item, you should contact us at 450.839.2400 and ask for a return number. To be eligible for refund or exchange, you have to return the item within 30 days of delivery of your shipment.
If no error occured in shipment but you are not satisfied with an item, you will have to cover shipping cost. You can either ask for a refund or an online store credit.
If we have sent you the wrong item, or a defective item, we will cover the shipping cost. We will ship you the correct item as soon as possible once we receive your return. We may ask you to email us a picture of the item before approving your return to confirm the defect in your item.
Which conditions must I fulfil for a return?
All items must be in the condition in which you received it.
What is the procedure for returning an item?
Please, follow these steps to return articles in a way to avoid delays.
- Contact us at 450.839.2400 and ask for a return number
- Make a copy of your receipt and keep the original. Write on the back of the copy of your receipt a note explaining the reason of the return.
- Use our original packaging, to return the product.
- If possible, use a delivery service that will give you a tracking number.
All products received without a return number will be rejected.

Why didn’t I receive a confirmation email?
Many reasons could explain the absence of a confirmation email.
At first, check your junk mail box. If we are in there, be sure to add us to your safe list, as we send you all order updates with this email.
Another reason would be that your email was not entered correctly, or that we do not have your current email address on file. In this case, please contact our team.
It is also possible that you checked out without finishing properly, which implies that we never received your order. Please contact us to confirm.
How long does my order take to be processed by your team?
Your order should be processed within two business days once the transaction is complete. If we do not stock the item, expect a 14 days delay. Expect 1 to 7 days for delivery.
How can I modify or cancel an order?
It is possible to modify or cancel an order as long as it is not shipped. In this case, call us as soon as possible.

GST and PST are applied on all orders, according to the customer's home province.

What are your shipping options?
We use the delivery services of Canada Post. Contact us if you'd like us to use any other delivery service pour your parcels.
Can you provide me with a tracking number?
Yes, a tracking number is issued with any order. If you didn't received it, contact us and we will send it back.
When will I receive my order?
Estimated time for a standard delivery is between 1 and 7 working days. We do not ship during week-ends or holidays. Restrictions may apply.
